As GN has acquired many practical and helpful experiences throughout the recent years on-site services, lots of clients from all over the world are visiting GN and looking for technical solutions, many of them are from Oil and gas solids control company that utilized on rigs, many are mainly HDD and CBM drilling mud recycling system, at the same time there are still some industry separation systems.

 For GN Solids America, now we’re focusing on equipment release. Recently we've provided a bouquet of Flocculation System for one client. This technique is specifically utilized in HDD position for the separation of slurry in addition to dewatering.

 GN Flocculation Product is mainly including 1 set double deck shale shaker, 1set desander and 1 set complete flocculation system.

 1. GN Double Shale Shaker

 Here we will mention a set of shale shake GNZS705-HB. The vibrating mode is linear motion shale shaker. And today for American clients, OLI motors or Martin motors can be chosen freely. The treating capacity of GNZS 705-HB shale shaker is 300 cubic meter each hour.

 2. GN Desander

 GNZJ703E-3S desander can be used to split up the solids that diameter beyond 40 microns. With this system, we opt for three cyclones for separating.

 3. GN Flocculation System

 GN Flocculation System includes the flocculation system and one set decanter centrifuge GNLW553-VFD.

 The effective volume of this flocculation product is 6000L using its two separated chambers. The drying powder can be added twenty kg/hr. which can be modified by one set screw conveyor towards the decanter centrifuge.

 GNLW 553-VFD is an extremely economical decanter centrifuge. This centrifuge’s treating capacity can achieve to 484 GPM. This decanter centrifuge is applying a sizable bowl with 22 inch diameter and 71 inch length.

 The significant procedure for this TBM flocculation product is such as this: First, the flocculation device mixes the powder using the drilling liquids, sometimes water could be added. Second, the mixed polymer and mud will be delivered to the centrifuge. Finally, the centrifuge will separate the slurry, and then water that is clean can get out and solids is going to be released.
